Chris Norman. A fairly normal sounding name, but one that's come up in betting circles a lot in the past 8 months. In an industry when the faces tend to be the people you're having a bet on (or Ray Winstone!), Chris Norman is a name that people know. The reason? Chris Norman is the chief financial controller for BetButler (technically parent company BetClearer, but they're really one and the same). |
If you have a problem with your BetButler account (and if you've found this post then that must be the case) then you're probably also sick of the BetButler customer service line as well. You'll probably have been fobbed off a couple of times and won't have known where to turn.
Thankfully The Gambling TImes has been supporting customers with withdrawal issues and also met Chris Norman a couple of times. He's the one you need to email, as often as you can, to get your money out. To his credit he isn't hiding like some of the directors and management at BetButler, he's actually there and you can get hold of him.
That said, it appears that BetButler are paying in installments on some accounts now. I can understand why that would be if someone won a £1 million, or a progressive jackpot, but not for a couple of thousand.
You can get full details of Chris's BetButler and BetClearer email addresses from The Gambling Times, and lots of helpful advice if you're struggling with this company.
Good luck.
