The one thing of note about the article is the new date for payments to be made. We're now told to expect payments to be up to date by Friday 2 May. When BetButler spoke to The Gambling Times last week they were told payments would be up to date last Friday, and that didn't happen. What's changed in the last few days to make us think that this promise will be met?
Customer services still seem to be blind to what's happening at the company, and attempts to speak to anyone in charge through customer services are not successful. It's a really difficult situation, and we just don't know how it's going to end at the moment. If refinancing was required (as seems likely given the delays), then it must be in place for them to be making this promise. Fingers crossed still, but I'd be amazed if everything BetButler have told the Racing Post was true.
