Continue to engage with BetButler?! It saddens me when the people you're supposed to turn to when you need some help are either powerless or unwilling to help. When BetButler stopped responding to complaints, that's when the Commission should've been straight in there to sort things out, but they're not. They sit back and don't even respond to complaints from customers in a timely or informative way.
Really frustrating. Sorry, not much else to say on the matter, certainly that's positive, although there were two withdrawals reported yesterday so that's good news. Strangely I don't think both of them had completed the age verification process so not sure how they can continue to trot that out as the problem.
Also noted that this blog is sometimes a bit dry and without colour and pictures, so here's what I think about BetButler. I just hope I'm wrong for the sake of people who still have money in there.
